Mission

The truth can be hard to hear.

When I moved to Seattle, I quickly noticed a lack of Christian communities and representation. I decided to use this opportunity to spread the good news of the Gospel with others. What I thought would be a subtle mission of sharing truth was met with disapproval and detachment from those that didn’t want to hear my message. I’ve been rejected for my faith, refused services and opportunities, and told that my message has no place in the community.

While frustrating, this lack of acceptance has driven me to wonder how someone could justify rejecting someone for their beliefs. It has also driven me to reconsider how I approach sharing the Word of God and truth about controversial topics. In efforts of bringing more people to Jesus through art and truth, certain pieces have been moved from the “Home” page. The “Mission” page is home for artwork that involves faith and social topics explored through a Christian lens. Here, you will find descriptions of these projects and will have the opportunity to purchase them.

Please, take a look around and explore topics that interest or challenge you. I encourage every Christian and non-Christian to consider the topics that make them uncomfortable and research.

“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” – John 8:32
